Nottingham GCBPT – £200+20 Freeze-Out Thursday 17th April

Once again they were queuing out of the door to get a place in tonight’s £200 +20 tournament.  And once again 132 players took their place competing for an impressive £26,400 in prize money.

As we have come to expect the standard of play was high, and the players battled hard until we reached our final table of 8 players shortly after 1am.

The final saw a lot of nervous play, with no one keen to risk all there chips.  And as the clock ticked past 4 o’clock the remaining 5 players agreed on a deal with the chip leader taking the seat for the £500 main event.
