With two limpers C. Ward completed the small blind and Richard Howe checked his option in the big blind. The flop was jack-six-jack and Ward moved all-in for 1800. Howe deliberated before raising another 4000. The limpers got the message. Howe had jack-nine and Ward flipped over six-deuce and called for running sixes. However, the poker gods could not oblige on this occasion and a four on the turn sealed her fate.
