After two days of quality poker, Eddie Gaines emerged victorious as the winner of the inaugural GBPT Main Event winner at the Edinburgh Maybury Casino. Eddie walked away with £24,500 and a package to the £2,500 Grand Final Main Event in the Autumn.
Gerry O'Farrell took second spot and £14,500 while Stan Essen came in third and won £9,240. Both runners-up also claimed seats at the next GBPT Main Event in Teesside over the Easter Weekend.
